Greater Sudbury Police Service needs the public’s help to identify the driver of an SUV they say struck a cyclist on March 31.

At approximately 7:40 p.m. that day, the collision occurred at the intersection of Cross Street and Riverside Drive, in front of the Sudbury Armoury. Police say a black sport utility vehicle (SUV) struck a female cyclist.

The driver did stop and render assistance, but the cyclist did not get any information from the driver before the person drove away. The cyclist suffered minor injuries.

The investigation is ongoing and police would like to speak to the driver of the black SUV.
