On May 9 at 6:25 p.m., members of the Nipissing West Detachment of the OPP responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a residence on Queen Street in the Municipality of West Nipissing (Sturgeon Falls).
As a result of the investigation, officers arrested and charged a 39-year-old from West Nipissing with:
- Mischief Under $5,000
- Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Give by Officer in Charge (three counts)
The accused was remanded into custody and appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice - Bail Court on May 14 in North Bay.
