Snowmobile operators are being advised to be courteous when it comes to operating their vehicles. The City of Greater Sudbury has a bylaw in place prohibiting the operation of any motorized snow vehicle except when authorized to do so by the owner or occupier of the property.

Any person caught trespassing on private property with a motorized snow vehicle will face a $55 fine.
