The scene of a single-vehicle collision at the intersection of The Kingsway and Second Avenue has been cleared, Greater Sudbury Police reported at  9:42 a.m.

The Lasalle extension near Frood Road is now clear but Greater Sudbury Police say motorists can now expect delays on the Kingsway.

A single vehicle collision at the interesection of the Kingsway and Second Avenue is blocking the turning lane onto Falconbridge Road. 

Police are reminding drivers to slow down.

There's been a two-vehicle collision on the Lasalle extension near Frood Road, according to a tweet by Greater Sudbury Police just before 8 a.m. Thursday.

Motorists are warned they will experience delays in the area.

Officers and tow trucks are on scene.

Police advise people to find an alternate route if possible, and if it's not, be patient.
