A male youth has been transported to hospital with non life-threatening injuries after being hit by a school bus this morning. Hill Street in Chelmsford, where the collision occurred, has now been reopened to traffic.

Greater Sudbury Police continue to investigate the collision. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact police at 705-675-9171, ext. 2609. Citizens can also provide information anonymously through Crime Stoppers.

There's been a motor vehicle collision on Hill Street off of Errington in Chelmsford near the Home Hardware this morning.

Police, fire services and EMS are on scene.

Motorists are encouraged to find alternate routes, as Hill Street is closed to traffic, said a notice sent out by Greater Sudbury Police at 9 a.m.
