A 25-year-old Sudbury man is facing a charge in relation to a collision between a truck and a cyclist on Highway 144 March 21.
The Sudbury OPP say they responded to the incident around 12:55 p.m. that day.
As a result of the investigation, the truck's driver was charged with careless driving causing bodily harm.
The cyclist was transported to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The OPP urges everyone to respect all road users and make safety their top priority.
