A Sudbury teenager faces two counts of robbery and wearing a disguise after being arrested Tuesday evening following an attempted robbery at the Dairy Queen on Lorne Street.

Just before 10 pm, Greater Sudbury Police say a lone male entered the Dairy Queen and threatened the clerk before leaving with a sum of money.

Police arrived on the scene and an arrest was made on Lorne Street a short time later.

A further investigation revealed the same male was responsible for a similar robbery at the same Dairy Queen the evening of Feb. 22.

Mark Adam Mathieu, 19, of Sudbury, was charged by police with both robberies following his arrest.
