The Ontario Provincial Police have charged a 28-year-old Sudbury man with dangerous driving following a two-vehicle crash on March 17 on Highway 144.
Police said one of the drivers attempted to flee from the scene by trying to drive the vehicle into the ditch.
No injuries were sustained in the collision.
The driver was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to attend court on April 28.
