Three strikes and you?re out?of society and into jail? for a Sudbury man caught drunk behind the wheel three times in less than 12 months.
Brian Sologuk, 35, pleaded guilty Monday to impaired driving and driving without insurance or a driver?s licence when police caught him wasted behind the wheel outside a fast food joint Nov. 13 last winter.
Sologuk had already been charged and found guilty of impaired driving twice in 2001 before this incident.
Defence counsel said Sologuk was having a very difficult time getting over a family tragedy and turned to the bottle for comfort.
