Three Chelmsford adults face serious drug charges after Greater Sudbury Police executed a Controlled Drug and Substance Act search warrant and criminal code search warrant earlier this week.
Officers raided an Edward Street home in Chelmsford and a search of the residence uncovered a quantity of marijuana, hash oil and prescription tablets, with a total estimated street value of $18,000.
Also seized was close to $6,000 in cash, a stolen DVD player and a snowmobile believed to have been stolen.
Some other property was seized. The investigaion is continuing.
Charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and four counts of possession of property obtained by crime are a 29-year-old Chelmsford man and a 29-year-old Chelmsford woman.
Charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking is a 28-year-old Chelmsford man.
All three have been released on bail and will make their first court appearance next week.
