A 53-year-old Espanola man is facing charges after allegedly posting intimate images of his ex-partner online without her consent.
Officers from the Manitoulin Detachment of the OPP were called to a domestic disturbance in Espanola Jan. 18.
As a result of the investigation, the man was charged with:
- Unauthorized use of computer - use password, contrary to section 342.1(1)(d) of the Criminal Code (CC)
- Publication of an intimate image without consent, contrary to section 162.1(1) of the CC.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Espanola on March 4.
