Former Estaire fire chief faces sexual assault charges

In 2013, Hall was charged with six counts of gross indecency and seven counts of indecent assault on a male from incidents alleged to have taken place between 1974 and 1978 at the Bancroft Boys Home. Hall worked at the boys home during that period.

The group home and detention facility housed youths between the ages of 13 and 18. It was closed in 1980.
