While police have recovered a stolen ATV, they are asking for help in finding whomever is responsible for the theft.

The Ontario Provincial Police were alerted to an abandoned ATV in Garson on May 16. The ATV had been stolen sometime between May 9 and May 10 from a home in French River.

The ATV has been returned to the registered owner, but the OPP would like the public's assistance in identifying the person involved in the theft.

The ATV is a red, 2013 Honda 4Track 420cc. The red colour is faded, so it resembles the colour pink. The ATV has 25-inch tires with aluminum rims, a black rear up-seat, rear fender guards, rear foot pegs, and a Champion winch. The licence plate that was attached to the ATV is 92ZB2.

Any person with information regarding this incident should immediately contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122 or their nearest police authority.

Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or submit information online at www.sudburycrimestoppers.com where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
