Greater Sudbury Police say the incident has been resolved peacefully, and the individual in question has been taken into custody. The roadway has been reopened.

Greater Sudbury Police say people should expect a heavy police presence in Chelmsford in the Keith Avenue and Pinellas Road area, where a barricaded person is contained within a residence.
Patrol and tactical officers are on scene, police said in a tweet at around 2:30 a.m. Monday morning.
Police ask that people avoid the area.
