Greater Sudbury Police say people should expect a heavy police presence in Chelmsford in the Keith Avenue and Pinellas Road area, where a barricaded person is contained within a residence.
Patrol and tactical officers are on scene, police said in a tweet at around 2:30 a.m. Monday morning.
Police ask that people avoid the area.
