HIghway 17 is now closed in both directions in the Warren area due to a collision, the MTO Twitter account @511ONNortheast said in a tweet at 2:23 p.m. Friday.
Earlier, only the westbound lane was blocked in the area.
A photo published on an OPP Twitter account shows a transport truck in the ditch.
The OPP said the driver will be charged with careless driving.
"Drive according to weather conditions," said the OPP.
