Donald Plaunt faces several charges following a lengthy police investigation.
Plaunt was not in court Friday when his case was adjourned until Feb. 20.
Plaunt is being represented by renowned Toronto lawyer Edward Greenspan, who is expected to be in Sudbury for the Feb. 20 court appearance.
