A father and son are among those charged in last week?s large-scale cocaine trafficking bust. Ten people arrested earlier this week made brief appearances in bail court Friday. All were remanded in custody.

Ten people arrested earlier this week made brief appearances in bail court Friday. All were remanded in custody.

Jason Shawn McGonagle, 29; Michael Scott Anderson, 29; Torrie John Dunlop, 29; Max Ellard Hubert, 59, James Robert Peterson, 49, Robert Edward Dominelli, 32; and Scott Christopher Stanley, 30, all of Greater Sudbury, are each charged with conspiracy to traffic cocaine and conspiracy to possess cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.

Stanley also faces numerous other conspiracy to traffic drug charges.

Max Hubert is the father of Michael Anderson, also known as Michael Hubert.

Also charged are Stephane Valence Rodrigue, 34, of Sherbrooke; Michel Vallieres, 38, of Sherbrooke; Christian Chenard, 33, of Sherbrooke; Gregory Scott, 27, of Toronto; and Mark Boulton, 29, of Barrie. Police allege Rodrigue, Chenard and Vallieres are involved with the Sherbrooke chapter of the Hell?s Angels.

Rodrigue and Chenard have set dates of March 23 and 24 to have a bail hearing to be conducted in French. Vallieres has yet to be arrested on the numerous charges he?s facing.

Anderson, Stanley, Dominelli, Boulton, Dunlop, McGonagle and Max Hubert will return to court next Wednesday when their matters will be spoken to. It?s expected each will have a bail hearing before the end of March.

The 14-month joint police services investigation targeted alleged cocaine traffickers in and around Greater Sudbury. During the course of the investigation, over two kilograms (4.5 pounds) of cocaine with a street value of $200,000 was seized. Also seized were 1,700 Ecstasy pills with a street value of $68,000, marijuana with a street value of $15,000, and over $18,000 in cash.
