Update:Alain Souliere, missing since Oct. 8, located in good health

Sudbury man had not been seen for more than a month

Updated Nov. 6 at 4:23 p.m.: Alain Souliere has been located in good health, Greater Sudbury Police announced today, more than a month after he was last seen.

On Oct. 8 GSPS issued a statement asking for the public's health to track down the 47-year-old Sudbury man, as there was concern for his well-being. He was last seen over the noon hour that day in the area of Prete Street.

On Nov. 6, police said Souliere had been located in good health, but did not provide any details on his disappearance or whereabouts over the past month.

Greater Sudbury Police have now provided a photo of Alain Souliere.

In addition to the physical descriptors provided below, police also say he was carrying a red flowery reuseable bag.

There is concern for Souliere's well-being.

Greater Sudbury Police have provided some additional information about Alain Souliere.

He was actually last seen around 12:35 p.m. Thursday on Prete Street. The man is 47 years old.

Police say they are working on getting a photo of Souliere and will release it when they have one.

Greater Sudbury Police are asking for the public's assistance to locate Alain Souliere, who was last seen Oct. 8 in the York Street area.

Police sent out a tweet about Souliere at 1 a.m. Oct. 9.

He is 6' tall, 200 pounds, with short dark brown hair. He was wearing all black clothing.

Police did not provide a photo, as well as his age or where he was last seen. We've requested a photo and more information.
