A Sudbury man has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a developmentally challenged teenager.

Peter Paradis, 39, was found guilty Thursday of forcing anal and oral sex on the teenager last Aug. 12. Paradis will be sentenced Nov. 17.

Justice Patricia Hennessy of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice found Paradis guilty following a three-day trial.

Paradis testified he and a 16-year-old boy had engaged in consensual sex after the boy was ?cruising? for sex earlier that day.

Hennessy ruled she found most of the accused?s evidence to not be credible.

The boy testified Paradis approached him on the street earlier that day and offered him ?big bucks? to come to his apartment.

The Crown is expected to ask for a lengthy jail term when the sentencing hearing takes place.
