A 59-year-old Markstay-Warren resident faces charges of spousal assault following a May 24 domestic disturbance at a home on Highway 17.
The accused was charged with spousal assault, assault causing bodily harm and uttering threats after police responded to a call at 11:40 p.m., said the Ontario Provincial Police.
The accused was released and will appear in court on Aug. 7 in Sudbury.
