On Nov. 20, members of the Sudbury OPP were at their detachment when they heard an engine revving and tires squealing somewhere close by — really close by.
Stepping outside the building, officers watched as a vehicle squealed a "donut" in the detachment parking lot as the male driver screamed profanities at the officers through an open window.
The driver, a 19-year-old man from Sudbury, was arrested charged with dangerous operation of motor vehicle.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on Dec. 21.
