A 34-year-old Naughton man failed to comply with his release orders and was charged after police responded to a motor vehicle crash on Highway 144 on Jan. 27.
The Nipissing West OPP said the man was not to be driving a vehicle other than to attend court, based on orders from his release.
He was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on April 7 in Sudbury.
