The RCMP, OPP and Greater Sudbury Police Service will be launching a joint project to combat the drug trade in the Sudbury, Warren, Espanola, Noelville, North Bay and other surrounding areas.
On Tuesday, April 9, at 2:30 pm at 190 Brady St., fifth floor boardroom, representatives from each law enforcement agency will sign and enter into a Letter of Agreement. The agreement sets out the intent for the three agencies to work together during investigations that were previously compromised by the restrictions of policing boundaries.

The new project will target production and trafficking of controlled substances, Â?growÂ? operations and the proceeds of crime.
