OPP reports man has died as the result of an ATV crash Friday evening

North Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) reports that officers responded to a call around 8 p.m. Friday of a single all-terrain vehicle crash on the Voyageur Multi-Use Trail system in Mattawan Township.  
Police said their investigation revealed that crash occurred when the driver lost control of the ATV, which subsequently roll over on top of him.
Michael Blake, age 47, from Holland Landing, Ontario, was pronounced deceased at the scene, said OPP.
The investigation is continuing into the cause of the collision with the assistance of the Office of the Chief Coroner and an OPP Traffic Collision Investigator (TCI). A post-mortem examination is scheduled to take place at a later date.
Mattawan Township is in the Nipissing District located east of North Bay and about 10 kilomtres north of the Town of Mattawa.
