The OPP's investigation has determined that missing local teen Courtney Smith, who was reported missing Nov. 23, was last seen in Toronto Nov. 27. There is a concern for her safety, say police. Anyone with information is asked to immediately contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122 or their nearest police authority.

On Nov. 23 the Sudbury OPP received a report of a missing 15-year-old girl from Secord Township.

Courtney Smith is described as 5'9" tall with blue/green eyes; she has shoulder length blonde/orange hair at the front and a bob at the back.

She is believed to be wearing a black leather winter jacket, black leggings or blue jeans, blue high-top Adidas runners with a white trim and possibly carrying a black purse.

Smith has been known to be in the southern Ontario area. There is a concern for her safety and police would ask that any person with information regarding the whereabouts of Smith to immediately contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122 or their nearest police authority.
