Greater Sudbury Police have arrested a man wanted for the robbery of a Scotiabank in Dowling on Oct. 25.
The arrest took place on the night of Nov. 29.
As a result, the suspect in his mid-20's has been charged with:
- Robbery, contrary to section 344 (b) of the Criminal Code (CC)
- Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, contrary to section 88 of the CC
- Disguise with Intent, contrary to section 351(2) of the CC
- Failure to Comply with Probation Order (two counts), contrary to section 733.1 (1) of the CC
The accused is scheduled to face his charges at the Sudbury Courthouse Nov. 30.
