A 36-year-old from Verner is facing charges relating to a previous release order after the OPP were called out to a domestic dispute Aug. 23.
At 9:10 p.m. Aug. 23, the Nipissing West OPP responded to a domestic dispute in Verner. It turned out two people had a heated verbal dispute, and one of the individuals was breaching a condition from a previous release order.
That individual was charged with:
Failure to Comply with Undertaking, contrary to section 145(4)(a) of the Criminal Code.
The accused was released on an undertaking, and is scheduled to appear in Sturgeon Falls court Oct. 1.
