Greater Sudbury Police are asking for the public's assistance to locate 46-year-old Jonathan Smith.
He left Health Sciences North Wednesday, and police are now trying to locate him due to medical concerns.
Smith is described as white, 5-11, 250 pounds with unkempt ear-length brown hair. He was last seen wearing a red sweater, blue jeans and running shoes.
If you see Smith, police ask that you phone 911.
