On Dec. 12, Greater Sudbury Police arrested 41-year-old Fidel Mombo MacKay on aggravated assault charges, alleging he withheld information about his HIV-positive status from his sexual partner.

Police are now urging anyone who has had sexual contact with MacKay to seek medical advice.
Anyone with information on MacKay is asked to contact the GSPS Criminal Investigations Division at 675-9171, extension 2300 or Crime Stoppers at 675-TIPS.
