Police seek info about dead man

Greater Sudbury Police are appealing to the public for help in identifying a man who died in hospital after being found below the Frood Road railway trestle Thursday afternoon.
Greater Sudbury Police are appealing to the public for help in identifying a man who died in hospital after being found below the Frood Road railway trestle Thursday afternoon.

The man, described as white, between 60 and 70 years of age, around 170-180 pounds and 5-8 to 5-10 in height, was found at about 1 pm. He died early Friday morning.

The man had grey hair and was balding. He was wearing a brown plaid shirt, black jeans, white running shoes and a green baseball cap with ?Standard? printed across the front.

Police continue to investigate and collect forensic evidence, but foul play is not suspected. Anyone with information pertaining to the man?s identity is urged to phone police at 675-9171.
