Greater Sudbury Police are attempting to locate 29-year-old Robert Wade to check on his well-being.
Wade is described as 5-8 with a thin build, brown eyes,short hair and facial hair.
He was last seen Saturday afternoon in the area of HSN dressed in a hospital gown.
