A frightening incident on Montague Avenue in the Donovan this morning has the police hoping the public can help them track down two suspects.
At around 7:45 a.m., two men forced their way in a residence at 329 Montague Ave. by throwing a brick through a window. The residents were home at the time.
One of the two men flashed a knife. Police said the two men left shortly thereafter. No injuries have been reported.
Officers are on the scene trying to figure out exactly what happened. It is not known at this time if this is a home invasion for the purposes of robbery.
The two men are described as both standing approximately 5-7 and wearing dark clothing. One of the suspects has facial tattoos.
Officers are canvassing the neighbourhood this morning.
