The Greater Sudbury Police Criminal Investigation Division has determined that no foul play was involved in the death of the 53-year-old male.
 
Police would like to thank witnesses in the neighbourhood for their assistance in this coroner’s investigation.

The death of a man found deceased at a Victoria Street residence is being treated as suspicious by Greater Sudbury Police.
 
In the early evening of April 14, police were dispatched to the residence where the man had been found deceased.
 
As a precaution, the matter is being treated as suspicious, and two separate residences on Victoria Street have been secured by police.
 
The name and age of the man is being withheld, as next of kin have yet to be located and notified. A post-mortem is scheduled for today.
 
The matter is under investigation by the police service's criminal investigations unit.
