Protester arrested during anti-poverty rally

During an anti-poverty protest Monday in Downtown Sudbury, one demonstrator was arrested in front of Sudbury MPP Rick Bartolucci's office for swearing and a breach of probation.

During an anti-poverty protest Monday in Downtown Sudbury, one demonstrator was arrested in front of Sudbury MPP Rick Bartolucci's office for swearing and a breach of probation.

The arrest took place around 1:15 pm, when police were called in to investigate the disturbance. The 20-year-old demonstrator will appear in court Tuesday.
