Rogers inquest rescheduled

The date for the inquest into the death of Kimberly Rogers has been changed to Tuesday, Oct. 15.

Rogers, 40, was eight months pregnant and confined to her residence following a conviction for welfare fraud, when she was found dead in her Sudbury apartment on Aug. 9, 2001. The inquest jury will hear evidence about the circumstances surrounding her death, and may make recommendations aimed at preventing future similar deaths.

The inquest will begin at 9:30 am at the court house located at 155 Elm St. in Sudbury. Dr. David Eden will preside as inquest coroner and Al O?Marra will be counsel to the coroner.
