Two people were hit with drug charges on Dec. 1 after GSPS executed a search warrant at a residence in the Donovan.
On the evening of Dec. 1, members of the Integrated Crime Unit executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence on Montcalm Avenue.
As a result of the search and further investigation, a 48-year-old man and a 47-year-old woman were found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine, fentanyl powder, amphetamine tablets, with a value of $7,300.
Subsequently the accused have been charged with Possession Controlled Schedule I and II substances for the purpose of trafficking and will be appearing in court in answer to the charges.
