A 45-year-old St. Charles resident has been charged with spousal assault and domestic mischief following a dispute at a home on King Street in St. Charles.
Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to the call at 1:40 a.m. on May 24.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on July 24 in Sudbury.
