A 28-year-old North Bay man was charged for driving while under suspension after he was spotted driving erratically by Sudbury OPP on March 18.

At around 8:50 p.m. on March 18, members of the OPP Sudbury Detachment responded to an erratic driver on Highway 17 in Greater Sudbury.  The police investigation revealed that the man's driver's licence was suspended.

As a result of the investigation a 28-year-old man from North Bay was charged with Driving while under Suspension.

The accused was issued a Part III Summons and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on April 9.
