A 31-year-old Sudbury man has been charged with dangerous operation after crashing his vehicle on Highway 17, said the Ontario Provincial Police.
Officers investigated a single motor vehicle collision on Aug. 22 at 1:24 p.m. The driver was not injured and was arrested for impaired driving. He was taken to police headquarters for further testing.
As a result, he is charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand and dangerous operation.
The accused was released by way of both an Appearance Notice and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Oct. 6 in Sudbury.
The accused was issued a 90-day Administrative Driver's Licence Suspension and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
