Greater Sudbury Police say they have charged a 39-year-old man with trespass to property and careless driving in relation to this snow machine crash.
Police said in a tweet Sunday afternoon that the crash was located on private property with visable signage.

Greater Sudbury Police say they are on the scene of a single-vehicle snow machine collision in the Garson area.
The level of injuries is unknown at this time, said a tweet from police issued at 2:04 p.m. Saturday.
Police ask that people use caution on the trails, as conditions are "not optimal."
