Espanola OPP charged a 38-year-old man for driving while under suspension after he was pulled over for speeding on Aug. 19
At around 8:50 p.m., members from the OPP were conducting radar enforcement on Highway 17, in the township of Lorne, when they pulled a driver over for speeding.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the driver was under suspension.
A 38-year-old man from from Haldimand County was charged with the two counts of driving while under suspension, and speeding.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola, on Oct. 13.
