Teen suspect charged with break, enter, theft

Police have charged the 13-year-old male suspect in connection to several break and enters with break, enter and theft.

He allegedly broke into homes on Madison Avenue, Robin Street and Benita Boulevard and stole only female clothing.

He will appear in Youth Court on Aug. 21 to answer to the charges.

A 13-year-old boy has been arrested in connection to several break, enter and thefts where only female clothing was stolen, said Greater Sudbury Police Service.

Officers from the Break, Enter and Robbery unit made the arrest July 16.

The thefts happened between July 8-14 on Robin Street and Benita Boulevard.

The matter is still under investigation.
