Teens break into, vandalize Hanmer school

Three teens, ages, 12, 13 and 14, have been charged with break, enter and commit mischief after vanadalizing a school on Dennis Street in Hanmer on Aug. 17, said Greater Sudbury Police Service.

Three teens, ages, 12, 13 and 14, have been charged with break, enter and commit mischief after vanadalizing a school on Dennis Street in Hanmer on Aug. 17, said Greater Sudbury Police Service.

The teens smashed a window to gain entry to the school around 4 p.m. They discharged fire extinguishers inside the school, and left graffiti on the walls.

Through video surveillance and further investigation, police were able to identify three area youths. All have been located and arrested by police for break, enter and commit mischief. All three will appear at a later date in court to answer to the charges.
