An area man who committed two break and enters within a short period of time a few weeks ago was given a six-month jail sentence Wednesday.
Justice Laurence Collins said breaking into dwelling places ?is a very serious crime? that calls out for a jail sentence
before sentencing Todd Huard, 39, to the six-month sentence.
Court heard Huard broke into two homes in the Wahnapitae/Markstay area.
Police nabbed him when they conducted surveillance of a stolen ATV and arrested Huard when he tried to get on the machine and ride away.
