Three men from Sudbury are now facing first-degree murder charges following the recent beating death of a man in Sturgeon Falls.
Police have arrested and charged three men in relation to the death of Alex Levesque.
Levesque, 46, of North Bay, was discovered suffering from an assault in an apartment in Sturgeon Falls. He was transported to West Nipissing Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on Monday, July 20.
Arrested and charged with first-degree murder are Devland McCoshen, 20, of Howey Drive, Jason Tessier, 30, of Barrydowne Road, and Warren England, 37, of Sudbury. All three men have made their first appearance in court in North Bay.
