Tim Horton's downtown location will be closed for a short while longer, following a disturbance early this morning in which a suspect deployed pepper spray.

Greater Sudbury Police responded to the call around 9 a.m. this morning, taking the suspects into custody for further investigation.

A number of patrons were treated by EMS as a result of the incident, said GSPS through their twitter account.

An eye-witness who did not want to be identified said that it was a minor incident, resulting in no damage to the business or injury to its staff.
