In case you're planning a trip to New Sudbury today, where the thunderstorm hit hardest yesterday evening, there's a note from Greater Sudbury Police.
"The traffic lights along Lasalle Blvd remain down," police said in a tweet Tuesday morning.
"These traffic lights are to be used as four-way stops. It may be slow going, but it will keep everyone safe & traffic moving. Traffic is backed up along Lasalle. If you can avoid using Lasalle, pls do so. If not, pls be patient."
