Sudbury.com sent a reporter out to the scene, and the truck is no longer stuck on the Lloyd Street hill.

As often happens when the weather is bad, a transport truck is stuck on the Lloyd Street hill in the downtown area.
Greater Sudbury Police said in a tweet at 9:13 a.m. Tuesday that officers will be closing down the intersection of Paris and Lloyd streets for a short period of time to assist the truck driver.
"Please be patient and respectful," police said.
