Two men have been charged for breaking and entering into a camper trailer in Lively on Aug. 25
At around 3:15 a.m. on Aug. 25, Greater Sudbury Police Service received a call regarding a break and enter. Two men were seen entering a camper trailer parked on private property.
One of the men was apprehended by a local resident and detained until police arrived on scene.
The second suspect was later apprehended through further investigation and successful K9 tracking.
As a result, a 22-year-old man and a 25-year-old man from Espanola are currently in Police custody awaiting a bail hearing.
The 22-year-old is being charged with:
- Break and Enter with Intent
- Breach of Probation
- Carrying a Concealed Weapon
- Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
The 25-year old is being charged with Beak and Enter with Intent.
