Wanted federal inmate last seen in Sudbury: OPP

The Ontario Provincial Police Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad has issued a Canada-wide warrant for the arrest of federal offender Elliott Sullivan.

Sullivan, 36, is wanted for breach of parole. He is serving a four-year sentence for weapons trafficking, aggravated assault, break and enter, uttering death threats, theft under $5,000, fail to comply with undertaking and fail to appear.

Sullivan is described as 5-foot-6 (170 cm), 125 lbs, (56 kg), with a slim build, hazel eyes, short brown hair, and he has several tattoos including a spider on his left hand, a cross on his left forearm, and barbed wire on his right wrist.

The offender is known to frequent the Sudbury, Timmins, Toronto, London and Kingston areas. Sullivan was last seen in the Sudbury area, operating a brown 2006 Ford Escape SUV, bearing Ontario Licence BWAZ 689.
